The Apprentice Program is a career development program for teens where they gain experience in leadership, working collaboratively with others, and being responsible while making a real contribution to the training and development of others.

We have created the Program as a real training and development program—where our Apprentices move along a defined pathway of increasing levels of accountability and responsibility. They are involved throughout the process in measuring and evaluating their advancement from Apprentice to Senior Apprentice to Associate (a paid position).

Our monthly workshops are typically held on Sundays from 2:00 – 4:00.
